I started building scale models (mostly tanks) a few months ago. I soon realised that there are two kinds of modellers: many just build and paint their models following the instructions and many take a step forward – they make good researches, improve their models with upgrades, photo etch and all kinds of updates and then mix paints, try out pigments and washes and test new ideas….

I’m now at an intermediate stage as my love for scale models grows. So does my need for more knowledge as well (I’m afraid I’ll end up being a rivet-counter :)).
It’s at this point that I have thought it would be nice to share with others – and have handy everything in one place – what I found and keep finding on the Internet and magazines painstakingly. Think of this blog as my personal database that I just made available to others.

I know, I know, on the Net there are hundreds upon hundreds of good Web sites and blog about this fantastic hobby, but… well… one more won’t hurt anybody, right?
